How we calculate your biological age
How we live leaves biological marks on our DNA, known as epigenetic marks. We measure a specific type of epigenetic mark called DNA methylation. Previous biological age tests or “first generation” tests only looked at a few epigenetic markers, giving a very rough estimate of your inner age. The DoNotAge.org Biological Age Tests provide an accurate biological age for you to measure your progress. They are extracted from your saliva sample, then we identify which ones are related to your ageing process. After this, we apply machine learning models to map these complex patterns and derive your true biological age.

PLEASE NOTE GUIDELINES WHEN TAKING A TEST
Any supplements that are unprescribed (self-subscribed) and can be stopped safely should be for 48hours. Please do NOT stop prescribed medications.
No smoking prior to taking the test.
Caffeine should have left the body within 12 hours. If you test in the morning, then good rule of thumb is no caffeine after 5pm.
48 hours after a very intense training session and weights session is recommended due to longer lasting inflammation and rebuilding.
