Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® FLORA plus+ (= 2 g) into approx. 1/8 l water 1-2 times daily, wait at least 1 minute for activation time, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take on an empty stomach.

If you take OMNi-BiOTiC® FLORA plus+ 2 x daily (e.g. in the case of persistent or recurring dysbiosis of the vaginal flora), it is recommended to take it before breakfast and before dinner.
