Adults: Once daily, stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® PANDA (= 3 g) into a glass of water (approx. 125 mL) at room temperature, wait at least 10 minutes for activation, stir again and then drink. OMNi-BiOTiC® PANDA should preferably be taken on an empty stomach.

Babies: Once daily, stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® PANDA into 1 tablespoon of breastmilk or sterilised water, wait 10 minutes and administer directly into the infant’s mouth with a pipette.

If you are not breastfeeding your baby, stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® PANDA into the baby bottle every day, wait 10 minutes for bacterial activation (caution: Do not heat above 40° C).

Pregnancy: Based on study data, for allergic dysbalance, OMNi-BiOTiC® PANDA should be taken daily from the 8th month of pregnancy.

Breastfeeding: The mother can of course continue to take OMNi-BiOTiC® PANDA herself every day post-birth.
