Halita Mouthwash: To ensure good oral hygiene, we recommend rinsing with mouthwash after brushing teeth and using the tongue cleaner for 1 minute, making sure the mouthwash reaches the back of the tongue by gargling. Halita Toothpaste: Apply by brushing at least twice daily or after each meal to ensure proper oral hygiene. Daily use and prevention of bad breath.
